Hiding/Removing Album & Gallery Titles

Gallery v.1.56

Hello, all. I have scoured the posts and read the tutorials that I could still link to (not many left!), but I cannot figure out how to removed the Gallery/Album name that appears to the top left above the thumbnail/image on the Gallery, Album & Photo pages. I have edited albums.php, view_album.php and view_photo.php and monkeyed around with navigator.inc and navphoto.inc have been able to remove most of stuff I want to by commenting out sections, but can't find where this is.

I would also like to get rid of the "x albums, x images"/"x images in this album" text that appears below titles, and the "Gallery:" and "Album:" prefix from the gallery & album names on the top right.

If anyone can help me out with these last final details, I would really appreciate it!

Well,

albums.php, view_albums.php and view_phpoto.php are exact the places ... what more can i say?

Thanks for the quick reply! Maybe you could tell me what sections I need to edit? I am not too well-versed in PHP yet, so I've gotten as far as I have through trial & error, but don't know what to try next. Even if you just tell me what variables(?) I need to look for, it'd be a great help.

So, Jens or anyone - can you just give me an idea of what I am looking for to hide the Gallery name on the top left of the albums page, and the Album name on the top left of the view_albums & view_photo pages? I figured out how to hide the "x albums, x galleries" and "x of x images" but this is the last bit I can't figure out.

Hello,

i have to apology, i already think in 1.6

The thing with the header is not in the files i told.
Go to the html_wrap folder.
There are the header files for gallery, album and photo.
You should copy them and remove the .default extension.
That way when you do an upgrade your changes are not lost.
