If I create a new folder using the GR, and then add photos to that folder I cannot see anything but the CAPTION box.
If I use an existing folder, or if I log out and back in, I can then go to add a photo and I see the CAPTION, SUMMARY, and DESCRIPTION input areas.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open GR 1.51
2) Log in to any Gallery (My galleries are all 2.2.1. Some on *nix, some on Windows 2003)
3) Choose any ALBUM.
4) click NEW ALBUM.
5) Select that NEW ALBUM.
6) Hit ADD PICTURES or Drag photos to the album. Both show this behavior.
7) Select single Photo and look in the right pane. The thumbnail and image info is shown. Along with the move UP/down/remove buttons. And the text area to enter the CAPTION.
8) DO NOT UPLOAD THOE PHOTOS. Instead, logout or close GR.
9) Log back into same gallery and select the album created in step 4.
10) Add same photos to the album.
11) Lookin right pane, and you will now see info in step 7, plus the SUMMARY and DESCRIPTION areas.

Yes, this is because in order to speed up creating albums, GR doesn't check the list of extended info on the server after creating the album. I'll add it to my todo.

Thanks...I appreciate that. And so will my wife.
