Gallery Remote 1.5 and Gallery 2.x with Fantastico Protocol error Solution)

I just Installed Gallery 2.1 using Fantasico and I couldn't get Gallery Remote 1.5 to work. The following worked in all cases so far.

In gallery (on server) make sure that the remote plugin is installed. You can do that from the plugin page from the admin loging.

In your GalleryRemote.properties file add the line forceGalleryVersion.n=2 where n is the number of the connection.

You may need to only one or the other, but doing both has not seemed to do any damage.

I have the problem that my GR client refuses to connect and states that there is no installation of Gallery on the URL (http://www.berg.to/bilder).

Clicking in Admin -> PlugIn I get only a white screen. I have rasied this with my host.

Where in the installation is the GalleryRemote.properties file?
