Accidently deleted /var/www/, Need to migrate old albums 1.4 based backup to 2.x

Hi, I previously had upgraded to 2.x version, don't remember the exact version. The only last backup I had for the albums was when I was moving from 1.4 to 2.0 RC_1 or something. Due some sort of user error, I lost my /var/www folder. What would be the best way to migrate my old 1.4 based albums folder into a fresh 2.x version ? I have backup of my 1.4 gallery database. But my current database has 2.x based data. Thanks, PS: Mods, if this does not belong in this category, could you please move it to the appropriate section. |

if all you've left is a g2 mysql database and your old g1 data folder, then you need to install a new g2 and follow the g1 -> g2 migration instructions.
if you still have the g2 g2data/ folder, take a look at the "restore from backup" instructions linked above.
