hello community someone know how can i split my website on the top of the page with java script like http://translate.google.com/translate?u=http%3A%2F%2Fyahoo.de&langpair=en%7Cit&hl=en&ie=UTF8
(will put a small banner and text like the link!)

How can i do it???
Pls post the java code
