	The database abstraction layer that we use (ADOdb) does support MS SQL 2000 so it will be possible for G2 to use it. However, we will probably have to do some small amount of integration work to get it to work seamlessly and we will almost definitely not get that done unless somebody outside of the current core team steps up to work on it. Any takers?
