Integrating Gallery2 to a forum and more

I have just finished installation of Gallery2. Now, I want to integrate it to a forum and to something that will display the information on the website below:

My website is an alumni website. Alumni members usually complete a registration form ( http://www.phcnas.com/registrationform.html ) and then I manually enter them to the Registry page ( http://www.phcnas.com/registry_a.html ). They also complete a separate registration form for the forum ( http://www.phcnas.com/forum ). I want to change it. I want just one registration form for my Gallery, forum and Registry page with all the fields that is asked from my current registration form and for it to automatically be posted. I've been reading a lot but cannot find the right one that I am looking for. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
