Gallery Remote (1.5.1) on Vista

I have recently installed Gallery Remote version 1.5 on a Vista PC and it all works OK. When I start Gallery Remote I get a message to say that there is a newer version (1.5.1) When I upgrade to this new version and then run Gallery Remote all I am getting is a transparent page.

I have the same problem. I tried the one with java and the one without and I made sure I am running the latest version of java.

More robots less humans

Same here. I am having a problem with images not rotating. The look ok in gallery remote before upload, then they are rotated on the web page back to sideways.

Why not just stick with 1.5 then? Have you tried enabling compatibility mode and set it for XP?

I don't update to the 1.5.1 version, but still have problems with rotating images. How do you enable compatibility mode?

right-click the shortcut icon for Gallery Remote or the program itself if you always use that to run it, choose properties, click the compatibility tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:", have XP selected, then click OK.
