how to edit my footer

hey guys,
sorry about newby question... on my page: http://lostintransit.com.au/wp-gallery2.php i want to edit the footer so that there is no longer a space between the grey panels on the right and left and the bottom horizontal footer that exists independently from gallery2.
IE i want my gallery page to appear like http://lostintransit.com.au does (the grey panels extend all the way to the bottom).

Anyone got any pearls of knowledge to help me out?

reduce the height and/or padding-top for #footer in your theme's style.css (line 433 or so)
