1 registered User should be able to add/edit/delete elements in main directory

Version: G2.2.1

Hi there,
I need a registered User, who is able to do all the things in the gallery,
which I can do, exeptionelly the Admin-Features.

He should be able, to add/edit/delete elements in whole gallery.
Is it possible and what have I to do?

I've activated the Plugin User-Album
and have changed all "g_ownerId" in "g2_item" to his number.

But it won't work.
Has anybody an Idea ?

Thx, I've found way by changing the owner of each child-element.
It's workable enough for my requirements ...
