Feature vote not working correctly?

I was able to vote for a feature once, and after I had posted on the forums I got 9 more votes, "9 votes remaining", but have been unable to assign them to this same feature. I can't unassign my vote that I already cast either. Any attempt to vote gives me the "vote by ID" page, even voting from the "vote by ID" page returns me to the same page, with no error message, just another blank form.

Any ideas? I am using Safari 2.0.4.

I can still add new votes, but I can't change my existing votes anymore. Confirmed.
