Hi,

I'm having a lot of trouble getting the upload applet to work.
Users are uploading albums via the applet, and every photo comes out completely black. I'm guessing this is a problem in the resizing code?
When I try and upload something, I get the following error: IMG_1068.JPG: Error: java.io.EOFException: Premature EOF encountered
I also note that setting setCaptionsNone=true does nothing, the filename is still put in the caption field.

I had the same issue yet intermittent
Some pictures worked, other returned the error and others still just froze the webpage

It was solved as soon as I disabled the Exif plugin while importing pictures

Since [i]I had the issue for about a week before finding the solution it seemed fair to share this with the rest of you

Hope this helps someone

Grtz
