InstallGalleryRemote.jar has file size 0

FYI --

the file InstallGalleryRemote.jar on Gallery's SourceForge download page has size 0. My remote machine is a pretty bleeding edge Linux box, so I can't get the Linux-NoVM.bin file to run. The jar would work (and I know how to run it), but it's not available.
