as mentioned in #gallery-support on irc.freenode.net, i'd really like to have the gallery generated image name feature brought along from gallery1/g1 and implemented into gallery2/g2. i believe the setting in the g1 configuration file for it was called 'useOriginalFileNames', located under the 'defaults' section. it isn't an advanced thing to make, so it can hopefully be added with ease. i've personally used it since it was introduced in g1, so fingers crossed. i might have been the only one to actually use it, but i miss it nevertheless. i really do. however, this doesn't change the fact that gallery(1|2) rocks. thanks! |
