Small Carbon theme & contactowner module modifications?

Hi All,

I have two items I'm looking to have done for my Gallery 2.2 installation;

1) I'm using the Carbon theme and would like to change the way the blocks specified in the "Blocks to show on photo pages" setting a laid out on the photo page. Currently I have the view and add blocks displayed below the photo on the photo page, and the problem I have is that the photo is centered where the view and add comments block is not. What I would like to do is modify the Carbon theme so that the add an view comments block is centered and no wider than the photo being displayed above.

2) I'm using the contactowner module to enable people to contact me about specific photos without having to register. At the moment it does not work straight out of the box, but more importantly has no spam prevention apart from limiting the number of times it can be used per session. I would like this module to be updated so that it works properly out of the box, and most importantly so that it uses captcha validation when submitting the form.
