Option to preset and freeze admin options

I am integrating gallery2 into my CMS. Gallery2 is a great product. The administrator can select and set many parameters.
My CMS is geared to ordinary users that are overloaded with so many options and possibilites to set it wrongly.

It would be helpful, if many of the settings could be definied in a config script that would set the value and inhibit any changing. Commenting out any statement of this script would leave the normal operation untouched.

In this way I could easily configure parameters that may not or need not change. Whoever needs all the variability is not impaired by this. As this is an admin script the script overhead would not influence productive speed
