Some functions are not working

suddently, RC 1.51b31 is working now, but some functions are not working accordingly.

1. Saving/loading
cannot find out Saving/loading function as mentioned in readme 2.5

2. Cannot remove the exsting pic from server althrough it seems works at GR
3. Can not move album and item around, is it ture?
4. Cannot rename the album?
5. some time the system will create a null album during uploading

can any body advise?
