Hello community,

I am desperately looking for programmer/developer to integrate a customized gallery2 into our website. I did the design and programming of the website so far, but I'm rather a designer than a coder :-( , so I'm struggeling with the implementation of the gallery. There is a budget, so a adequate payment can be negotiated.
If you are into mysql or php and you could build a small customized cms as well this would be even better, because I'm looking for someone to do this as well...
please send me a PM asap...

thanks very much,
Otis

Hello,

Have you thought about using Drupal? It's highly customizable and easy to maintain. It also integrates very well with Gallery. Take a look at my site, it should give you a good idea of what's possible.

John,

In this marketplace forum we focus on providing what the client is looking for, rather than attempting to twist things towards our specialties. A large, general script like drupal is unlikely to adequately replace the "small, custom cms" that this client is looking for. Please keep this in mind.

Thanks,

Jake

I wouldn't consider Drupal large. In fact, the core is very lightweight, and becoming more so. The download is actually 100k smaller than Wordpress! It's true there are hundreds of modules you can choose from, but you don't need to install any of them. Out of the box, Drupal is an excellent CMS, especially when paired with a well designed template.

Have you found someone to do this for you? If not this is what we do. Or if you want you can use our gallery service and we'll maintain the gallery code base for you.
