Question 1:
If I have an image thats less than the thumbnail size i specified, is there a way that the image size would not increase? I submitted a 88x31 pixel button, and it shows up as a 400pixel image in the gallery.

Question 2:
I couldnt find many instructions on how to install the voting add-on via FTP. If anyone could help me on how to install it, that would be appreciated. Thanks.

1) That's strange. Gallery doesn't do that! Does it happen every time?

2) You do the patch on your local machine, then upload the changed files.
