Migration issue
I have been trying migrate my gallery to new a server a few times now but I allways end up with some images being corrupted samge images every time.
Migration was done with copy of g2data and mysqldump import.
Example:
I have both servers up and running right now:
Old(Working):

New(corrupted)

If you click "Download foto in original format" on the new system the image shows up and it's not corrupted.
Could there be a mysql upgrade issue?

After further investigation it seems like the problem is related to only rotated pictures. On the old system I was using GD and it worked fine but on the new ubuntu systems where I installed php5-gd package it does not work on rotated images. When I changed to imagemagick it worked fine, but takes a long time to redo the whole gallery.
Anyone running GD on ubuntu and gallery2?

did you deactivate + uninstall, then install + activate the graphics toolkit modules after the migration to the new server? g2 needs to detect the capabilities of the server again.

maybe increasing the php memory limit helps.
