Gallery test/feedback and lightbox behaviour problem

I got some feedback from a user of my gallery that the lightbox installation as i use it now did not work for him and the lightbox circle just kept loading and loading. I cannot reproduce the error as it all works fine for me. COuld some try out the gallery here and tell me whether everyting works fine for you?

I already fixed the following second question i had by adjusting the before.tpl, after.tpl of the lightbox module and the album.tpl lightbox code to show the same stuff in lightbox (thanks for all the help Ivthunder):

I have applied the lightbox hacks to make multipage album brwosing via lightbox possible and also fallback for none javascript browsers. Now when passing via lightbox from one albumpage to the next the albumpage the lightbox behaviour changes and it shows "View photo page" in the lightbox. Can I somehow make that link not appear or at least always appear so the lightbox behaviour is the same always?
