Allow gdta in another server.

Hi! Everyone.
I want to know if is possible to allow the gdata in a differente server.
I tried to do that, but when I run the installation and I introduce the path (\\10.15.112.48\gdata), Gallery says to me that the directoy doesn't exits, and this is false, because I share the folder and give the right permissions.
Can Anybody help me?

Also i tried to Map the drive and it isn't work.
For you information, I install the gallery in a Windows PC with Apache Server.

Hi.
No, this is not possible, there is no such feature due to security reasons (and some technical problematics).
Try searching in forums, I'm sure you will find some threads.

Let me ask you another question.
Do you know some program, like Gallery, that let me do it. Becasue i need to mount the Apache webserver in a different server as the Storage.
