need full size joomla 1.0.xx template for Photo gallery

Hi everyone. I am setting up Joomla site for my photography service and I was wondering what Joomla template would recommend? I don't have PHP skill to modify code and I need dark and full size template where I can display my photos. I have looked around and most of the templates have content area centered which doesn't do justice for my images - no enough room display them. Please see the sample sites at the end of the message

I like gallery2 theme - Carbon or Siriux but I don't know how to customized it to integrated with my Joomla menus so that when visitors clicked on photography from my joomla home page, they will be taken to photo gallery section where the visitor can return to home page if they wish. If I could do this with Carbon theme it will be a dream.
