is it possible? Any way to migrate a forum already using smartor's photoalbum to Gallery2, and move pictures etc. as well? |

Never heard of that product.
I'm pretty sure there's no import tool for that particul product.
Maybe you can use this:
http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:How_to_Add_Items#How_to_Add_Items_from_the_Local_Server
just point your gallery to a folder full of folders, subfolders, ... of images and gallery will import them.

Hi. I gave up.
My host also runs the servers with Safe_mode on, and Gallery isn't too pleased with that.
I made gallery2 work.. ish....
I'm sticking with 'Photo Album 2.0.54 © 2002-2003 Smartor'

Any idea how to move from phpBB2 with Smartor PhotoAlbum to phpBB3?
I've got one with Album Hierarchy also installed.
There is no integration available – anyway I did not find any.
2 all:
If there were a script that allows to migrate from Smartor to Gallery2, it would be really cool.
Or, mayde a guide how to develop my own convertor?
Maybe a set of functions or a PHP class that can create albums, subalbums and elements and add comments?
