adding albums to G2 cvs-as of 29th

these are the two errors i get while using the G2 cvs version as of today, and had the same prob yesterday

this error is always at the top of the page -

Warning: Wrong parameter count for setlocale() in /var/www/html/gallery2/gallery2/modules/core/classes/GalleryTranslator.class on line 156

This error occurs when trying to add an album-
Error (ERROR_STORAGE_FAILURE)

* in modules/core/classes/GalleryStorage/DatabaseStorage.class at line 1072
* in modules/core/classes/Gallery.class at line 359
* in modules/core/classes/GalleryDerivativeHelper.class at line 215
* in modules/core/classes/GalleryDerivativeHelper.class at line 74
* in modules/core/ItemAdmin.inc at line 69
* in modules/core/classes/GalleryView.class at line 234
