Next Last links on photo page...

Hi,

On the photo page, I need to make adjustments to the "next" and "last" links. What file to these live in?

Also, I attempted to center the title of the photo in the photo.tpl file, however it does not seem to want to center. Any thoughts?

One more question (thanks!):
In which file can I make adjustments to the links for:
display mode: admin | guest
