Cant Upload Theme File, 553 Error

I have worked with Gallery before and have edited ccs files in the themes to achieve what I want. This time I installed gallery2 using the preinstaller. Now I can't upload files, change the name for existing files (usually will change the name of a file prior to uploading one that would overwrite) or change the chmode. any ideas? |
