.htaccess

	Im trying to CHMOD the .htaccess file but I cant find it and its freaking me out. I keep making one then uploading but keep getting the filee already exists error. Has anyone seen this before? Thanks

	Are you using a FTP client? In my Client (wsftp pro) there is a setting called Remote file mask and I have a setting of -al for show all files. There should be some setting for showing hidden files. Your FTP client will vary. eg: http://www.modwest.com/help/kb16-183.html or google
