**SOLVED** Newbie - changing galleryLogo_sm.gif in classic theme

I tried to switch the galleryLogo_sm.gif with my own logo (@428X48px), but it seems like the theme template compresses the image to 107X48, which makes it unusable.

Is there a simple way to make the classic or matrix theme accept an image of 428pixels wide, 48pixels tall in galleryLogo's place?

OK, I solved this by editing theme.tpl. This made a change to the "welcome screen" and all pages as long as I'm logged in. The "public" albums still has the "old" Gallery logo... Anyone??

make sure all caches are cleared (site admin / maintenance)
