Looking for a custom theme developer

Hello,

I am looking for a developer to create a custom theme for my firm's website.
A temporary version of the site is available at http://www.ozgart.com/temp/Ozgart.html

The custom theme should be integrated into the existing page structure with a main image from each album appearing on the subpage for each artist. (ie. this image would replace the large white square on http://www.ozgart.com/temp/kulka.html )

Clicking on the image will lead the user to the the album (ie. http://www.ozgart.com/temp/kulka_p.html )
The look of the album theme should resemble kulka_p.html with a scrolling bar of thumbnails at the footer (50% browser window width). Thumbnails should be scaled miniatures of the dull-size images (ie not square). The full-size images should appear above the thumbnails.

The theme design NEEDS TO BE LIQUID to accomodate both large and small monitors. The full-size images must be sized as follows: 1) horizontally-oriented images should take up 50% of screen width with height sized accordingly 2) vertically-oriented images should take up 100% of screen height - 250px (to accomodate header/footer/caption) with width sized accordingly. Please do NOT respond to this request if you are unable to create a LIQUID solution.

In addition, captions should appear under the full-size images, aligned to the left-hand size and in the same font specified by the existing css ("Century Gothic", Georgia, Verdana, serif). The page needs to be Polish language compatible (utf-8).

Please email me with bids that include completion time estimates as well as references (links to former pages that you have created custom themes for). The page needs to be live by 10/20.
