1.5.4 Uploaded files - on server but not in album

Gallery version: 1.5.4 *build from 8/15/06*
Apache version: 1.3.37
PHP version: 4.4.2
Operating system: Debian 3.0
Web browser/version (if applicable): Internet Explorer (unsure of version - but does run m$ updates regularly)

Just minutes ago, three photos were sent to my gallery by a friend in another state but only two made it into the album. Three were sent, three confirmations through e-mail were received, three are on the server complete with thumbs; but, only two are showing. I've refreshed my browser here (including a hard refresh with ctrl/F5) but it still only two. I've run the validation for albums and that came back clean ... the find orphans simply displays a blank screen.

Of course I can go ahead and re-upload it from my end; but, I was just curious as to if this may be an issue somewhere or...? because this was only three at a time; I personally do far more than that at a time when I upload.

*more reason why my other post, about wanting more information sent to me in the e-mails is then a valid point*
