Remove Top Navigation

Hi all !

ive a question: i'm using gallery only in my joomla. so i dont need the header (which i already have removed) and the top navigation ( the links.. site admin etc. ) cause they only need space which i dont have ;) i was looking at google and in the forums, but did not find something usefull.

can someone help ?

and: which section in the .css files are for the album title/description etc ?
