I have a problem with subalbum right. I created in gallery "users album" with
rights for everyone to "[core] View all versions", "[rating] View
ratings", "[rating] Add ratings" without any others rights. When user
"create" his own album he has rights to "[core] Change item
permission" that mean user have permission to edit album feature as
(among other things) picture size limit, maximum file size etc. And
user could change album feature as administrator!!
It's possible to set some default right for all new users albums (rights
without "Edit Permissions" and "Edit Album" - picture size limit, file
size) without edit rights any times as new user is register in system.
The same situation is when user create subalbum in his own album, he
has the full rights and could change the file size limit etc. How to
avoid this??

I've got a similar problem.
I'd like to have a main album. Joe Random user could create his own sub-album without my help.
But:
1) He can't change the theme/permissions/etc. of his album
2) Only he can modify the sub-items of his album
What's needed is some mechanism for specifying the properties of a newly created sub-album. Inherit from parent doesn't work.
