Has anyone tried to use gallery for video?
I wanted to set it up so the thumbnails would open a quicktime video file.

Thanks,

Thanks,

you just upload it I believe, and it has a default thumbnail it inserts.

But id like the app to make a thumbnail from a specified frame from the quicktime movie.

Having an ICON thumbnail for movie is really useless..

Will get you started. It is for 1.5 but I am sure you can port the changes over to a newer version.

BTW, G2 does this with the ffmpeg module.
