Image block with best rated images

Hi I've got a problem I would like to have on my gallery image block which would choose 50 most rated pictures and after it displayed 10 of them (choosen randomly).
I don't know how to start. I've been through the documentation and tutorials, forum but I didn't found enough info :(.

But if you want to use the imageblock it can't choose 10 random items from the top 50 rated.
You can choose the top 10 rated items or the top 50.

the module dynamic album or imageblock show only most viewed or random :-(

I think that site is using a custom theme and a custom module called:
toprated to develop the list of top rated items.
I would ask the author of the module:
http://gallery.magic-kinder.com/modules/toprated/module.inc
for permission to use it or ask if they will provide it to the community.

i think that i must put this file in gallery/modules/dynamicalbum
but then? in admin dynamicalbum there are alo updatealbum, PopularAlbum, RandomAlbum
