Try to move the movie(s) out of the album and see if that helps.
Perhaps you used to have the ffmpeg module installed, but now it's inactive or uninstalled? Make sure that ffmpeg is around and this operation should be supported.

I'm not aware that i have a single movie file on my website? maybe it's in one of the useralbums? how could i find these files so i can delete them?

Problem 1) I have the pretty much the similar erro. i do have thumbnails but when i click on the thumbnail module it gives me the error posted in the bottom (thumbnail is active). If anyone could please give a hand. I am new into this so would please tell me step by step. I have look and look for hours but i haven't had any luck.
Problem 2) It asks me for the pass to binary. i don't know path my host is yahoo and i have look for help on yahoo sites but they don't mentions any papat to bins.

Hi, I have similar problem. I'm using Gallery version 2.0.4 core 1.0.0.4.
Everything was working fine and I'm happy with it until last night when suddenly no thumbnails are generated when uploading new pictures. The pictures themselves uploaded and appear fine. But no thumbnail, instead there's this 'Broken Image' icon. So I ran 'Build All Thumbnails/Resize' Tool but instead of fixing the problem, some of my previously fine entries are now without the thumbnails! The thumbnails just disappeared! What should I do?
Looks like my Gallery now won't generate thumbnails! Oh And I'm using ImageMagick as the priority. The complete system info is as follow:
Gallery version = 2.0.4 core 1.0.0.4
PHP version = 4.4.4 apache
Webserver = Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) mod_auth_passthrough/1.8 mod_log_bytes/1.2 mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/4.4.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635.SR1.2 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7a
Database = mysql 4.1.21-standard
Toolkits = ArchiveUpload, ImageMagick, SquareThumb, NetPBM

Try to disable, uninstall and reinstall the Graphics Toolkits and see if you get a error.
You can activate G2's debug mode in config.php (instructions are in config.php, you have to change the $gallery->setDebug(false); line).

Thanks! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the ImageMagick. After 2nd time, the thumbnails are back
