Hello,
i embedded gallery2 in phpbb3 and i have some problems of security violation...
someone got this trouble ?
it looks like the user session or the cookie is lost when i click on the link "add an album" for example...
In standalone mode it works perfectly with the same user.

I'm not totally sure what your mod does dmolavi, but I'm looking for something simple that does nothing more than ads a random clickable thumbnail image on the page which will take you to the album when clicked. The only code I've found on this site does it in php, which doesn't help since phpbb3 uses templates for everything. Those templates are writen in html, not php.
Can anyone help?

Unforunately phpbb2 mods are not compatible with pphbb3. But thanks for the suggestion.

Is there anyone who can install phpBB3 with the latest release of Gallery2 for a reasonable fee? Please, if you or someone you know can do it, kindly reply to this post and please provide private contact info.

I don't think there is currently a working integration package for phpbb3 RC1 and Gallery 2.
From what I understand, the last working package was for phpbb3 Beta5.
I'm sort of trying to work it out myself. If I have any luck, I'll let you know.

I have my site working about 99% without any further errors. I'm still having trouble getting the 'gallery' icon image to show up under forum posts. As soon as I get this working I'll document what changes I made to the package I downloaded.
I should have this figured out tonight.

Still working on a couple of things.
I've had a couple friends sign up to help me identify any problems.
So far:
1) If you log in to the site from the gallery2 page you will not be logged into the forum at the same time.
2) If you log in to the forum first; however, you are logged into the gallery.
3) The 'gallery' icon, linking to the user's personal gallery, still doesn't appear at the bottom of forum posts
4) The user's forum profile does contain a working link to their personal gallery and includes a thumbnail.

please keep me updated on your progress. i've got lots of folks at nukedgallery itching for a functioning phpbb3 integration (and i don't have time to come up to speed w/ the new code in phpbb3 yet). thanks again for your effort

i'm not sure if it's a matter of integration, but is it possible to have Gallery2 check if a user is logged into phpBB3?
I have a website with both gallery2 and phpBB3 RC2. right now, both have their own user database.
at the very least, I want only registered users on phpBB3 to be able to see certain albums on gallery2.
or, if needed, can both of them share a user database? or have gallery2 use phpbb3 user database?

I gave up on this a while ago because they keep release new RC versions of phpbb3 and the changes seem to be quite radical.
