Create sub-album permissions

Hi,

a small problem with gallery remote and sub-album create rights.

1st level album FOO owned by User1, default rights only, i.e. EVERYBODY can
see album and also full images, but NOBODY in all other permission fields.

2nd level album FOO/BAR, also owned by User1, same default rights than for
the parent album, except User2 has permissions to create sub-albums.

In browser User2 can create sub-albums under FOO/BAR, but not in gallery
remote.

Is this a problem in gallery remote, or do I have too limited permissions
for FOO and/or FOO/BAR, or is there something else?
