Hi,

I am currently getting errors on my site when I upload an image: Error: Unable to make thumbnail (0)!

I've tried to use the help file here, but it's no use...

* Verify that the binaries (NetPBM or ImageMagick) are installed correctly and are chmodded 0755 (including the directory they are in).
Where are these installed? I can't find anything..

* One common installation mistake is to put the executable in a path that contains spaces. This happens often on Windows, if either package is installed in Program Files. The executables must not be installed in a path that contains spaces.
?? Installation where?

* Re-run the Configuration Wizard. On step 2, select the option to put Gallery into debug mode. Attempt to upload a picture using the web form interface, not the applet. There will be a whole lot more debugging messages now, and it will help to diagnose the problem. Possible issues are listed below:
The link of the Configuration Wizard doesn't work at all...

Therefore I thought it might be a good idea to upgrade the gallery... If that won't solve the error, please let me know!

Now, I have this running:

Gallery URL (optional): http://www.crazy4angie.com/modules/xoopsgallery/
Gallery version: 1.3.3.3
Webserver (with version): Apache version 1.3.34 (Unix)
Database (with version): MySQL version 4.1.18-standard
PHP version (eg 4.2.1): 4.4.2
phpinfo URL (optional):
Graphics Toolkit(s):
G1 version (for migration bugs): 1.3.3.3

as you can see, I run a very very old version, 1.3.3.3.

How do I upgrade to G2? Do I first have to upgrade to the newest version of G1 and then go for G2?
