OS X Remote cache is where?? Need images from cache. Remote deleted images in folder.

Does anyone know where I should look to find any images that might remain in the cache for Gallery Remote on OS X? I cannot find that cache.

This is my first try using remote and gallery itself and remote has been a disaster for me.

Gallery Remote 1.5 uploaded some of my images OK (did get that jpegtran missing error though) so since it seemed to work OK I told it to upload some others.

This time It did not upload them and there was no indication that anything was happening at all. I had dragged the folder to upload into the remote window - that window says drag & drop folders! But it seemed nothing happened - no folder appeared, no images appeared.

When I looked at bit later, the folder that had held the images on my hard drive was empty and the images were gone!!! They have not reappeared and the online gallery does not have them.

My only hope now is that they are somewhere on the hard drive, in the cache, and that I can get them back. My disk space has been reduced by magabytes so I they have to be here somewhere.

Please tell me how to find then and how to get them back, if possible.

Like all images, they are irreplaceable.
