$100 for modifying webcam module to archive cam images

Hello! I love Gallery, but I need the webcam module to archive images.

It needs to:
- Allow an image to be set whether to archive it or not
- Check for latest image at a specified interval
- Save a full archive of images in the album (renaming files, to a prefix + date/time would be preferred)
- Show the latest image as the album highlight

I'm offering a $100 bounty for anyone who can complete this in the next couple of weeks. Please PM!

Does anyone have a working solution for the archive feature?

We are willing to hire $ a developer. If anyone is interested please post or PM. I would prefer to pay to keep this feature as part of gallery rather than spend the money to have an outside developer build somthing as a seperate application.
