Postage Calc. for Checkout Module

Need a hand setting up a new Gallery site. Installed Gallery2.1 with CheckOut Module and everything works.

What I want to do is have the postage calculated from the Quantity of Pictures ordered in the cart. Anyone point me in the right direction for this?

The modules don't do this at the moment - it's flat rate postage only. The easiest way to achieve this is to add your postage price into the price of each product. The only problem with that is that it's hidden from the end user.
