Help! What have I done in PG theme?

I have messed something up in the album theme settings
for this album in PG Theme.

I now cannot get the album itself at all
When I try any method of getting to the album, it immediately gives me the first photo in the album

Also something I did in the settings has made every image have a band of background above and below the image inside the frame.

How do I get rid of these problems?

What are interactive frames? Perhaps checking that has caused the bands of background.

Is there an instruction worksheet for the PG theme now it is so comprehensive?

It seems clear that what I did was set the interactive frames, and also set for the album to go direct to the photos, but there is no way back because the link above that says the album name just does exactly the same.

I could delete the album and start it again, but I think that is a flaw in the theme PG.

The admin really does need to get into the album page, even if only to add more photos.

I think setting the "Album straight to Photo" setting should automaticly put in a "to the edit album page" for the admin or those with permissions.

I'll copy this to the PG thread so PG gets it.
