New color pack

I created a new color pack for my own use. I am using it with the matrix theme.
In case someone else wants to use it here it is. just make a folder under /modules/colorpack/packs call it Green_Pastures and copy this color.css file there.
This is my first try at this so forgive me if it is horrible.
