"permission to post photo" thing

	i am wanting to put something on the upload screen that asks the user something like "Yes, I am the owner of this photo" and/or "Yes, I have permission to post this photo" and a check box that has to be checked in order to allow the photos to be uploaded. is there something like this that already exists? or is this something that can be solved with some simple code that gets pasted into that page?

	so a copyright thing. no, this doesn't exist yet. maybe add this idea to the existing copyright task listed on http://galery.menalto.com/sfvote/all thanks.

	the link you gave doesn't work. --if i wanted to edit the page that gets displayed that will allow you to upload photos, what file is it? where is it?
