Penguin Copyleft update for 2.1?

	Does anyone know if there is a fix for the Simple penguin copyleft theme from http://jarv.org/gallery/main.php and available for download at http://codex.gallery2.org/index.php/Gallery2:User_Contributions for 2.1? When I went in and tried the simple change to the api matrix in themes.inc it blew up. Couldn't find anything in the CVS area so any assistance would be appreciated. Just did the 2.1 upgrade and I'm new to gallery theming, so if there is a document on creating a theme I'd like to know that too as I'm willing to work on upgrading it once I understand how to debug the api calls. 	Never tried that theme but this: http://www.galleryembedded.com/forums//viewtopic.php?t=2215 worked for my custom themes as well.
