problem loading in applet

The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).

Gallery version: 1.5
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): 4.4.2
Graphics Toolkit: 3 of 3 ImageMagick binaries located
Operating system: linux
Web browser/version (if applicable): IE 6 / Firefox1.5

i was successfully using gallery earlier, i uploaded photos using pop window and then also done same with java applet... but after i closed applet once now i am not getting any option to upload photos to gallery. my pop window is also not showing anything and i am also not getting any applet to upload images... so how can i restore it back ?
