Migrating from gallery 1.5 to gallery 2.1 double quotes problem

It seems that descriptions that have double quotes in gallery 1.5x hang up the importer when importing to gallery 2.

Can you give a link to something with double quotes in your gallery1 that breaks the migration? Is it album title, image title, etc.?
