[map module] Show map by default, remove GE link

I am pretty new to Gallery 2, just installed it a few days ago. One of the neat features I really like is the map module. However, there are a few things that bug me. It is specificly due to the fact that the map module seems to apply to the whole gallery at large and not just an individaul album. The vast majority of my pictures will not have coordinated but I'd like to have at least on album showing the map and locations...

o Every album now has a "Export to GE" link, is it possible to turn off the "Export to GE" on an album by album basis?

o I'd like to have one album where the default view is the map with the row of thumbnails.

The Export to GE link can be de-activated in the Admin Page

Can I enable/disable the GE link on an album by album basis? It appears that this is a global setting.
