Sync Question

I am receiving this error when trying to use g2 with joomla can someone please help with this.
sync error: We can sync your account to G2, ask webmaster tolower security settings or look up what the problem is.

Set the "User Checking Level:" to "Username" in Joomla's Backend - Components > Gallery2 > Config > Sync Settings
